It's about time :D now awaiting user reviews on the performance and functionality of this version.Hope it doesnt have as many issues as the previous beta's.

Make sure you read all the release notes

After loading up RC1 I find that there are no tabs and the normal tool bar that shows at the top is not there. When I right click at the top of the IE page there are no options to change.

Ctrl-A will give you the menu bar. From there, you can customize the view. Tools\internet options will give you the tabbing options.

And if that doesn't work, there's always un- and re-install.
