well the easy way is to del from the cmd prompt but boogs posted fix for that but I can find it.
or change the extension to .txt or put it in a folder sometimes works.
Click on Start then Search. Click on All Files and Folders and type the file name in top input window. Search for file.
Right Click on file then Left Click on Properties. Remove checks in Read Only and Hidden if present. Then Click OK.
Next Right Click on the file and select Delete.
If the above procedure fails then navigate to the directory in command prompt and delete file. Ask if you need help with that procedure.
