wel... thanks for the feed back I did get, the abort shut down command actually did help somewhat cause now I don't get booted off in the middle of my game etc...but the root of the problem remains...

thats similar to the message but no, not quite, in the bottom section it reads
'C:\\WINDOWS\system32\services.exe' terminated unexpectdly with status code 128.
