Do you have any programs installed that adds stuff to the right click menu..Sounds like one of them is corrupted..picaview for example adds a new menu for previewing images..If the dll that picaview...

Here are acouple things to try.
1.Check the bios to make sure HD is mentioned correctly.
2.Reset the bios back to defaults.
3.Boot to a clean Win98SE bootdisk mentioned by phishhead's post and...
Go with the app Big Booger mentioned..You can remove the startup items i mentioned located in the registry without having to go into the registry yourself..Something which would be preferred.
What errors are you having? You can find startup items in 95 in acouple different spots..
1.Click the start button go to programs then startup.
2.Registry.Be VERY CAREFULL about deleting items from...
What error messages come up?
Could be something running in the background that you are not aware? Have you tried shutting down EMule and seeing if your screensavers start?

I am having the same problem.Seems to be only happening to dell monitors.I have the 17inch LCD display as well and a geforce 4..Ive found overriding the refresh rate to what your monitor will handle...
