Thanx...I needed divx5.

I can't seem to get my avi to play.
they worked prior to the clean install i did w/ win2k.
I think I installed all the codecs...but avi's don't work.
suggestions?

I have the same problem.
I even did a clean install of win2k and problem surfaced again.
I suspect it's some software app thats causing it.
Whe i logon as "administrator" it works!!! go figure....
