Safe mode did not work...i dont get it....it is annoying. I tried panda program and spy ware programs and nothing comes up...i am almost at the point or formatting...i am afraid it is going to screw...

i tried to reboot in regular mode under admin, i iwll try the other way too...in safe mode

I tried that fix and the prograam moveonboot...neither worked. It wont allow me to change the name or move it or anything...really weird...any other ideas
