The main thing that I don't like about the new SuSe 9.3 is that they have compiled all of the media playing applications to not work with MP3 or DVD.

Well I highly doubt that there would be a security risk since you would have to hold ctrl-alt-del at the welcome screen to get to the normal network login screen.. and then you would need the name to...
Well if all else fails I would try just booting from the xp cd and using the repair option. If this doesn't work then the next step would be to reinstall. I know its a customers pc and reinstalling...
