Hi Again
I went back to the Lavasoft site and they now have a knowledge base article.
The link is
http://www.lavahelp.com/articles/v6/04/06/0901.html
Hope this helps.
On another note, does anyone know how to find the topic # of a Lavasoft thread when you are in the thread? I find Lavasoft's search engine hard to use.
Thanks

Everytime I reboot I get a message that Ramdiskxp wants to install - so it tries to but then errors (I had to delete from Program files because it would not uninstall) and I have no connection. DHCP is stuck on "starting" and upsserv.exe is running very high CPU I rebooted again recently and some services and apps failed to start or were using very low memory so could not display. I system restore to the day before and upon logging in it would immediately say it's logging out. I am using mini-PE to post this. Has anyone found a particular windows file that is at fault? ***edit - i'll try the above methods.
**edit -
I ran scannow and reinstalled sp2 - overkill but it solved Ramdiskxp from trying to install.
