Here is what you do, with the e-mail that you want to save open or highlighted, click File, Save As (save as .eml) choose the location (save it to another location on your hard drive before burning it to CD). Then once the file is burned or stored on another location, double click to open it (this will automatically launch OE) then choose File, Copy to Folder, then choose Inbox or whatever folder, then your e-mail will now be accessible in OE.
