    LSASS.EXE Terminated Unexpectedly with Status Code -1073741571" Error Message

    hello. my PC was encountered this problem every once in a while so I followed the instructions on this page and deleted the key - now I have no connection - does anyone have a fix? Thanks

    I burned winsock2 reg entry from my sister's PC on to CD and merged it into my PC - it worked!

    SYMPTOMS
    After you install an Internet-based file sharing program, such as BearShare, you may receive the following error message:


    LSASS.EXE Terminated Unexpectedly with Status Code -1073741571"

    For some reason, Emule is associated with Bearshare - pest patrol always makes the mistake of false positives. Not sure what was wrong with my pc but it's been up all night and all day today without issue. Problems started after installing Folder share app (and running torrent)
