startnow hijacked my internet explorer

Everytime that I try to start Internet Explorer Startnow.com appears in the site address telling me that page is unavailable.
I would appreciate it if anyone could tell me how to get rid of this internet hijack Many thanks
another thing
When I upgraded with Sp1 internet express came all in German. I tried to reinstall Sp1 in English but was not successful.
Again any help with this problem would be appreciated

now with that german version did you choose to back up when installing sp2. if you did there should be an option in add/remove programs.
