    QuickSilver skin

Has anyone seen the skin called QuickSilver in WMP 9? If you haven't seen it yet, take a look. Good stuff indeed!

Best skin for WMP is the toolbar mode
I can control it without needing to go to full mode. I only go to full mode now to change playlists

Yes I agree. You don't even have to change windows! Just click the taskbar.

    No Problem
Just minimize, and right click an empty space in the taskbar, so the menu opens up, then go to toolbard and select "Windows Media Player"

Why do you need to download it? If you have WMP version >= 8, it should be automatically installed.

    From WMPlugins:
Created especially to ship with the brand new Windows Media Player 9 Series. Quicksilver is for those users that want a sleek and sexy interface. The only way you can obtain the QuickSilver skin is to upgrade your Windows Media Player to the 9 Series.

Thanks for the correction, Rev. But for some reason I thought I had seen it in WMP 8.

Sorry, a bit late to answer. Unfortunately I think this only works with Windows XP. It probably is related to the diferent GUI engine. I have a couple of 2K machines at work and I haven't seen this in any of them

Yes I think it is only for XP, however, media player 10 may have a different feature (if you want to upgrade that is )
