first off you need to get online and download spybot or adware and rid yourself of spyware. update your av defs and run a scan next go to add/remove programs and del any apps you think are for internet. your isp app, searchbars, popupblockers. but as far as IE is concerned you can not del it. it is intergrated into the OS and Explorer.
