    Unhappy help and support gone

    i seem to have lost my help and support program on my windows xp, nothing happens when i click on it. i have downloaded service pack 2 and don't know if this is whats causing the problem, any advice welcome.THANX

    Do you use a program called "EasyCleaner".

    There was a problem with earlier versions of this application running on XP,which caused Help and Support to malfunction.

    yes i have used easycleaner a while back, but i've uninstalled it. is there a way to fix it?

    thanx, just tried it and it said my entries were correct and would not fix help and support. anything else i could try

    i'm sorry but i can honestly say i do not know i tried a couple but nothing seemed to happen. then presto it work

    Yes, wumply had this d--m problem and didn't get it fixed. Tried the links here. Gave up. Dreamed that XSP2 would fix it...but it didn't. Actually I've hardly missed it over months, but I'm going try these links again only half-hoping...just because I have the belief (yes, I know often unrealistic) that computers should work right!!!!!
    I've created my own website...a collection of moving, sad and happy and humorous poems which I would like to share with others. They come from stories my dad used to tell me when I was a kid.
