    Check the DHCP server settings, ensure the SCOPE is correct for your LAN. also see if the DHCP client service is running.

    Both DHCP server and client are running and the scope should be ok. I've only basically reinstalled the OS and the settings are as before, so i'm not too sure why this is occuring. There are currently no IP's taken as any computers are unplugged but still it keeps saying that all IP's are taken.
