Can't access site anymore

Big Booger, How do I clean my browser cache ? I do a regular disc cleanup, and I use Perfectdisc 6.0. I also run AdAware, and Spybot S&D regularly. I use AVG for my antivirus, and I am behind a Linksys BEFSR41 router. but that hasen't changed in months. By the way, I am running XP Pro with SP2. Internet Explorer is my browser. I e-mailed my ISP about the problem, no reply yet. They are not in on Sunday's.

While in Internet Explorer, click Tools then Internet Options. Under the General Tab you can delete Cookies, Files and clear History.
