    Spamy windows explorer

    My MS internet explorer is so full of spy wares that I don't know what to do
    anti spyware like spybot-search&destroy helped but partly.
    For example if the word music appears in a web page it will automatically color it in orange.
    Or if I enter Internet explorer(My home page does not have pop-ups)
    a pop-up appear, in addition I have tool-bar that I didn't ask for.
    I'm using windows XP SP1 and the newest internet explorer
    Please help me get rid of them.
