    rik - i'm old enough to agree with you there - old is generally good as far as music is concerned, nostalgia always plays a part in anything led by emotion.
    but why does old have to mean bass, electric, drums and vocal (99%male) - why does music have to remain in the past when so many other things have moved on?

    im 15 but i can never seem to identify myself with this new wave of so called rockers, hip hoppers and bubble gum pop artists...

    ppl like timberlake nd all it makes me wanna cry listening to that sorta music...no offence to his fans though...

    maybe its in my genes, dad was a led zepp fanatic...
