It doesn't work in that manner. It's for creating slipstream installs of Service Packs and then you can remove a ton of unwanted Windows components like MSN Explorer, system file protection, etc., it then creates a bootable ISO. You can also create an unattended install (I haven't opted for this since it changes the way users are logged in).

I've actually slipstreamed my NIC and sound drivers into the Windows install disc, instead of installing them after Windows.
