    Switching from Outlook to Outlook Express

    My friend did as was suggested to my last thread, Tools-Internet Options-Programs: Changed her email to Outlook Express, clicked on the OE icon and it just hangs.
    Anything else she shouuld have done. ctrl-alt-delete indicates not responding. Should she have trashed Outlook first?
