Well we need more info on your system and what does
window title things were different
mean ? explain what it looks like. Also I don't see where you said anything about trying your anti-virus, maybe you have a bad virus ?

Go to My Computer> right click C: Drive> Properties and click tool tab> and check the drive for errors, just to make sure your HD isn't corrupting things.

Do you have anti-virus protection ?
