Hi everyone..
Recently my laptop hang up quite consistence.. upon checking the admin tools, i found the following errors :-
1.Faulting application mmc.exe, version 5.1.2600.2180, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 5.1.2600.2180, fault address 0x00010f29.
2.Hanging application mmc.exe, version 5.1.2600.2180, hang module hungapp, version 0.0.0.0, hang address 0x00000000.
3.Faulting application syntpenh.exe, version 5.7.0.0, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 5.1.2600.2180, fault address 0x00018fea.
These events are most possible causes for the hang-up. So if you guys have any experiences on these problem. Appreciate the help.

still having the same problem despite following fastgame's instruction..
The problems still prevail from time to time..
Appreciate for some advise.
All of these errors are dealing with processes within Windows. Suggest you try system restore.

Sounds good and so does XP Repair or format & clean install. Before you do that you should put your XP cd in your CD-Rom, open the Command Prompt and type sfc /scannow (note space between sfc & /) and let it replace your system files if they need be.Originally Posted by efc

The hang your talking about is most likely from your touch pad and this is the error 3.Faulting application syntpenh.exe, version 5.7.0.0, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 5.1.2600.2180, fault address 0x00018fea.
