Unless you have a high end system its not going to make a difference OC'n the video card, your system CPU could be the bottle neck.
What are your system spec's ?
If you do have a high end PC then OC'n that card really doesn't give you much, after all your X800 pro is up there with the big boys and there's really not much to gain anyway. The biggest difference between your card and the X800 XT is that you have 4 less pixel pipes.
In most cases if you OC your card to its highest limits your probably only going to see a average increase of 8 to 10 FPS. Is that worth the extra heat & troubles you could end up having ?
As for the bios AGP Aperture setting ? depends on how much system ram you have ? if you have 512mb or more the 128mb setting seems to be a good one.
