Yep, I can read it now.
Mann, After seeing the file I suddenly missed so, so, so , sooooooooooooooooooooooooo much GPMC The report from that tool is so much better
    You have a setting in Software \Microsoft \Windows \CurrentVersion \Policies \Explorer\
NoToolbarCustomize put that to the default value.
Also, I don't see any IE customization
Also, how did you gather that data? I was checking the RSoP tool and doesn't have an export feature. I am confused. Maybe if I can generate a similar report I could be able to understand it better. The locations whowed are registry keys

What's the default and how do I set it? Gpedit? Regedit?

After you run gpedit, open help & support. Go to Computer information, select Detailed computer configuration, then Tools (lower left pane.) Then advanced system information, group policy settings applied. At the bottom of the page, click Save this report to an .htm file.

One more thing. The "add" button doesn't grey out until AFTER I click it, as it would if the dialog box opened. But the dialog box DOESN'T open. And if customizing were blocked, wouldn't the edit and remove buttons not function as well? They both work just fine.

This is the contents of the dialog I get from "run reultant set of policy." Translation?
