    XP Home capabilities

Hi, a vendor of ours needs us to install their software on one of our systems. We have a new Dell pc that meets the requirements hardware wise. The pc's OS is XP Home. The vendor's software requirements for XP are:

Windows XP (MSDE 2000 support only) with latest Service Pack (limit of 10 concurrent connections)
    Microsoft Message Queuing (MSMQ)
    .NET Framework 1.1
    IIS 5 (Internet Information Server)

Can XP Home handle these requirements? If not can Win2K Pro?

    Thanks

    Tim

the home edition isnt really made for corp apps. and networks so I would have to go with xp pro or win2k for your office network.

You don't get IIS with XP home only XP pro and your app needs IIS so you need XP pro.
I'm using Windows 7 - you got a problem with that?
