Before you decide that download Prime95 and use the "Blend" test. This will test your system (CPU, Memory) for stability and leaves the video card out of the picture.Should I risk my money and buy a new vidio card?
If you can try to let it run over night, if PC is not stable it might crash in Prime within an hour....
Some bios's have a setting that will set the irq for video or graphics to have it's own address.Or make sure that the AGP is selected as the graphics and "allocate irq to pci" is unchecked.Just fishing for a clue.
