Access to folders in different computer with local account??

For a domain acount should be straightforward IUSR_computername@domain for a workgroup recreate the username/password combination on both machines.

Not sure that's the way to go though. Active pages normally use hidden database/user/pass combinations to access the database - at least that's how I've done PHP/MySQL before.
