    Task Manager Problem

    Hello, I am new to this site but really hopeing someone can help me in the problem I am haveing. Normally when I use Ctrl-Alt-Delete keys it brings up the task manager but recently it has not been doing that, even when I right click my taskbar and click Task Manager it still does not respond or open.

    Does anyone know if this is a bug, or can be fixed? I would really appreciate it if someone could tell me.
