I'm new here... ;-))

I read the dorum and follows the siggestions yet it still keeps telling me "The expected version of the product was not found on your system".
I tired the "Small" file, the "bigger file" every "auto-update" option (windows, office and MS), but nada.

My wife uses this computer adn she uses a lot of outlooka nd word and keeps comlaining it crashes frequently, so I think updating this is a good idea.

I just installed a fresh install with both win XP and MS office 2003 Pro.

Please advise this is driving me mad,
