how do u get the screenshot?
when u take a screenshot of the desktop with the 'print screen' key...where does the screenshot go in Win XP Home? i dont seem to have a clipboard...or i just cant find it.. :\ does it go to another program instead?

Hello, find "Paint" in your start menu under All programs > Accessories > Paint - open Paint and click Ctrl + V at the same time. I know you can use "Insert" too but I forgot how. Then save as.......

In paint got to the edit tab and then past. This will take the image from the clip board and place it in the paint window...

The way I do it,
Hit the print screen button,
Open MS Paint
Select edit, then paste
Wambam, there is.

Control + V is just a keyboard shortcut for edit > paste XpFxMaN. Whatever you feel comfortable with.................

Hey i know u`ve got it but even if ur having any kind of trouble in finding Paint Brush you can simply go to "Start>Run" & type there "pbrush" & press enter u`ll get the paint open.
Then you can follow the steps described above

One other little tip for capturing screenshots.
If you just want to take a screenshot of an active/open window,press Alt + Print Screen,and then paste into paint as described above.
