Win 2003 Server shell restarts when opening large avi-files
Hi all !
I have Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition With Integrated SP1 English Version
and configurated It to a workstation.
By using this guide: http://www.msfn.org/win2k3/
But now, the problem.
I´m having trouble playing large avi files.
Some small avi-files around 50mb or less I can play.
MPG-files plays fine, they have no problem at all.
When I open a large AVI-file, the media player freezes for while
then closes without any warning. But if I bring up the Task Manager,
The Windows Shell restarts. It does so all the time.
I am totally unable to open large AVI-files.
I opened the Event Viewer. Then I found this In It:
----------------------------------------------------------------
The shell stopped unexpectedly and Explorer.exe was restarted.
For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.
----------------------------------------------------------------
So I clicked on http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.
And this came up:

I found a solution at this site:

Utilisation
But with no success at all.
So guys, Please help me. I´m getting sick about this.
