    hi can anybody help my links in email, or browser won't work when i click on the link

    Welcome Joe.
    Try this first.
    Go to Start > Run > then type "Regsvr32 urlmon.dll" (without the quotes).Click OK or press enter.

    If you still have the problem,there are other solutions here
