    Since I have been "out of town" -- did they issue the refresh for Office 2007 yet ?

    Seems a lot of people are complaining that their Beta's have stopped working all of a sudden; and they get a message that their Beta Expired.

    Mine still is running just fine. I tried two complicated worksheets in Excel, a long manuscript in Word and a couple of PowerPoint projects and nothing was not working as it was last month.

    However, NOW I am really in a jam!

    I just went back to the site, just to look to see if the refresh is available (I look once a day). And I GOT this message on my screen...

    ==============================================================
    InActive Account

    You are no longer an Active User on the Microsoft Beta System.
    ==============================================================

    NOW... HOW do I get the stupid refresh ?

    This is the kinda of stuff that really get's my redhair into a full flame!

    And those jerks at Microsoft, wonder why people get so ticked off at their products. Here, I am testing their product for FREE, and for no reason what so ever, I am dropped from the program. It just is not fair.

    I wonder how many other people they screwed in the last few days!

    HELP!

    Nice! The new interface may need getting used to all over again but can't wait for it come out!

    Another thing, is it RAM hungry?

    @josh: Of course it's RAM-hungry.
    @denyse: There is no refresh as yet. As to login problems, try deleting your cookies and clearing your cache. MS is notorious for scripting problems.

    The new refresh will be out next week. And it is NO longer Office 12. It is now officially Office 2007

    More great news. The refresh can NOT be installed over the Pre-Beta. The pre-beta has to be removed first.

    And more good news, MicroSHAFT also has said the fully public beta will also have to be a fresh install not over the refresh that comes out next week.

    FUN FUN FUN!

    I will tell you that the new interface for the new office takes some getting used to... so you might want to practice with it... I kind of don't like how it is laid out... it seems more complicated at first. But once you get the hang of it, it is not that bad... I think when you mess with an interface too much you can potentially make it a bad product.

    Also it saves the documents in a new format .docx by default... well that won't open in any other Office suite 2003-97... to save as a file format that will open in the other word versions, you have to use the save as and select the .doc format.

    Just two of my gripes.

    Does anyone know where I can get a list of ALL the registry entries that 12b1 created? I can't install tr1 because it keeps telling me to uninstall the previous version. Problem is, the previous version install failed, so I have to do this manually.
