    RSS feed in html

    I was wondering if I could add a RSS feed on my html page?

    Okay, lol, that's confusing, I'm not a pro in RSS feeds, but I simply want something were people register and post news, and stuff, and other people could comment on it, like members....

    oh, I see....so is there any particular place were I can get the codding for that or maybe a place were I can get a layout for that...with all the php included.

    Look, the thing I want to make, is like a PHP-Nuke but the thing is that I do not want any forums included, because I already have a phpbb-host one.

    So can someone help me?
