Hotmail Problem
Somethings wrong with my Internet Explorer, a feature or package is missing or something, i've installed every IE version i can think of to fix the problem and tried to repair the situation, all which have failed.
I can't view (.cgi) pages or hotmail, which i think is (.cgi) scripts also.
I think i'm going about this all the wrong way, is there a package/option i can install that will allow me to view cgi scripts which for some reason my computer seems to be lacking?
Time for format or can i prolong that task for a while?

One thing you could try is go to internet options, and on the advanced tab untick "Use HTTP1.1"
It's only a temporary measure until you can find another solution.
