I think there's a few more options on the privacy tab. (can't remember what options were on WMP10)

same as IE7 installed WMP tried it out went right back to winamp for my listening pleasures.

I've been using this beta since yesterday,So far i havent encountered any issues and noticed no differences other then the look of it.
