    So here is my problem...

    Hey everyone.
I have had this problem for about a month now.
It is the Internet explorer has encountered and error.
So people told me to download Foxfire.
The i get the same message different words
    "foxfire.exe has...."

so i have looked all over the internet to fix.
have done alot of things to try and solve.
    none have worked.

THEN i got to thinking...i only get that error when there is a video on the site.
so i hope this helps you when your helping me.
and so i am asking for your help everyone.

Then i looked under Event viewer under Application.
I would see a red X when the error happend and this is the
    Description:
Faulting application firefox.exe, version 1.8.20060.42618, faulting module pavlsp.dll, version 5.10.13.47, fault address 0x00004a90.

and according to someone i know "pavlsp.dll is a file of Panda Anti Virus and is causing this particular error"

and was told to post my Hijack log.
because this will help fix the problem? apparently?

You could try what they said and uninstall Panda and use AVG Free or Avast.

Are the videos flash ones (like ones on Youtube)?

If so, you could try to (re)install waveshock and flash player for foxfire or IE. I had a similar problem with my foxfire.

Also check if your browsers are updated.

Your mdm.exe might be a virus

Your mdm.exe process (Machine Debug Manager) is in your folder C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\VS7Debug\mdm.exe. Actually it should be in the folder C:\Windows\System32. See http://www.neuber.com/taskmanager/process/mdm.exe.html. You might have a virus running.

Sorry but I might be wrong on that. Not sure. Further down the page on that same link a couple of people stated that it might also be in the same directory that yours is in. Hopefully someone else will respond who knows more about it than me.

    Hi backer,

You will need to uninstall and reinstall Panda Titanium Antivirus 2005 to solve this problem.

    If you install vs2003, mdm.exe is found in c:/program files/common files/microsoft shared/vs7debug.

Just for the heck of it, give Memtest 86 a try.

Since i put panda back on my computer has been going extreamly slow in loading things.
Panda is one of the heavier AV's, it'll make all kinds of PC's crawl. Check the settings and see if it's set to scan Archives on-access, if it is then try without archive scanning.

Have you tried another AV yet ?
