    Cane-Toad

Local sugar-cane farmers had a grub which was destroying their crops, after some research they found a toad from another part of the world which ate the grub so they introduced it to our ecology.

As it turns out the toad would eat anything and loved it so much up here it ate everything (except the worm it was supposed too) and bred like crazy.

They are now everywhere and I mean "EVERYWHERE" in northern Queensland.

They are a real pest here and hundreds of them meet a grizzly ending.

See what I mean with this short movie.

Hehe... the classic story! Have they surrounded your property yet Zen?! I heard WA is thinking about building a massive fence along the border to stop them leaving NT
