    B.s.

Beware people... I have come to the conclusion that this foru is pure B.S...
I joined this forum because i was looking for help and that happened was that i was ignored... real professional guys...anyways i believe that the post are from the people who work here and not from regular joes... I even sent a private message to a few of the soo called admins and no response... not even an "i don't know... jus totally ignored... unfortunately Ive have come across several forums like this and all they are trying to do is push their product.. If this is not the case then i apologize to everyone at techzonez, but I've been through this too many time not to spot this crap...If you need help people I suggest you go to the forums under the websites of the products you have purchased... this will probably get erased rather quickly, but i hope i saved at least some of the frustation i felt when trying to get help from these (and i use the term loosely) experts... run people ...run fast ...run far....

    thank you for your comments

if we have a product to push I would sure love it if you would point out what it is

I think you know how forums postings work and it works the same way here. If someone on the internet or staff knows what is going on with your computer we would have posted a solution. I do not know what is wrong so I am unable to comment.

Thats good advice and usually the first place to start when having problems, after all, who knows the software better than the developer ?

anyways i believe that the post are from the people who work here and not from regular joes.
Hmm, the people that do work here, work for free.

Now if you're looking for reasons why you have this problem then I don't have the answer.

If you're looking for a solution to the problem then I'll give you "regular joes" answer that works in 99.9% of all software problems and its faster than waiting weeks for an answer......

Clean install the OS and re-install the program.

this will probably get erased rather quickly,
    Wrong again ?

    Reinstall the program.

When you got rid of the trojan it may have removed some of the required files.

I didnt even see this thread till today...LOL. Sorry Shuga... I can understand ur frustration, as posting from april to June is a long time for no answer.

Dont get upset, we do our best to help people out, and have a culture of "If i dont know, i wont post useless information" Hence the blank thread, but better that than all the SPAM from simply writing " ?? "

Now, as Rev posted, virus removal most times deletes required files. So re-install and try it out. Let us know what ur solution is for future reference. Cheers.
