What is your default browser? If it isn't IE then try this: http://www.howtodothings.com/compute...ss-emails.html

If that is not the case You may need to reregister some of the .dll files as noted in this article, "Hyperlinks Do Not Work in Outlook Express or in Word". http://support.microsoft.com/kb/823301/en-us

Ok I am using IE as a browser, and I tried your second option and all dll files loaded except regsvr32 msjava.dll . It comes up with an error that it "Failed to load" could not find specified module. Any other solutions? Thanks in Advance for the replies!

Go to Start > Run and type in regsvr32 urlmon.dll and hit enter.(make sure you leave a space between regsvr32 and urlmon.dll )

When you receive the "DllRegisterServer in urlmon.dll succeeded" message, hit OK.

You might need to reboot first for the links to start working.
