That could be real, although I would not like to try and test if it is. You could singe one too many things if it goes horrably ary.
No way is that for real.I've seen it and tried it myself(lighting farts),and there is not a chance a fart flame could go that far.Plus the dudes pants would have caught fire with a burst that strong.The trick is in the lighter,which I believe is modified in some way to light normally and then open the throttle enough to act as a torch.

Its fake he's sitting on his right hand, and he could easily put a spry can in his hand and just aim it at the candle and let rip, and I personally think if someone where to squeeze that hard he is going to have to change his pants afterwards.
