Do you have another PC or laptop near you, what you can do is just look for the dll on the other PC system32 folder. or just go onto Google and search for the dll (just type in the names and you will find them)

    I don't have another PC.

    It's not on google.

    Thanks for trying.

Would someone make a copy of them & attach them to thier post & tell me exactly where to put them?

    Thanks

i dont think they are standard windows dll or for most common apps... most times for popups its because of spyware or virus etc... becareful !!

Do a scan and ensure ur clean... if no one can find them easily, then you should be ok to not have them

    I did a scan with Bit Defender anti-virus & anti-spyware program. I still get

    the windows type boxes.

    Thank you both for replying.

There seems very little info around on this. One instance I did come across related to a maliciously downloaded programme named 'WinHound Spyware Removal'. The person in question found this on his system and it was causing problems related to the second dll you mentioned. Has this got onto your PC? If so go to :-
    http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic37384.html
    This gives removal data.

WinHound - rogue anti-spyware application Winhound. This application uses false positives and fake security warnings in your taskbar as a goad to scare you into purchasing the full version of this software.

If this is not the case, the only other reference refers to a version of Sun Java with security exposures. You can go to Add/Remove Programs and un-install it then download and install the latest version.

    Hope this is of help.

The person who found it said it 'piggybacked' in via a software update. He hadn't downloaded it either, he just stumbled across it.

Try deleting all temp internet files, temp files, clearing cookies...If it is still there disable all startup apps and non-Microsoft services.

If it still happens after that then you will probably need to run "HiJack This" and post the log.

TEMP INTERNET FILES. Where are they located? How do I delete them?

    Thank you for responding.

You could also check in the registry keys to see if someone has placed a run/runonce/runonceex key which enokes this app. MSConfig applet can be used to address this issue. This is a common area where adware/virus fans place their wares. The keys are

    HKey_Local_Machine/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Run
    HKey_Local_Machine/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/RunOnce
    HKey_Local_Machine/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/RunOnceEx
