can't find filetypes in control panel

Anyone know what happened to the filetypes tab in folder options? How do I access that list?

Start > Default Programs > Associate a file type or protocol with a program.

    Or

Control Panel > Default Programs > Associate a file type or protocol with a program.

Thanks. I found it in the Vista newsgroup AFTER I posted here. Wonder why they moved it, and also made no mention of it?

The MS motto seems to be: "If it works, change it."

And I keep getting this from windows mail:
The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'MSN', Server: 'pop3.email.msn.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 995, Secure(SSL): Yes, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E
I turned off email virus scanning, configured secure connections...
