I have Dell 8200 .. XP Home and SP2 ... MS Office 2002 Pro

If I type a letter in Word (black color) .. it prints out fine

If I try to use the Envelope Addressing part of word, even though
I select Black for the color, I end up with like a Blueish-Grey
Color text would work pretty well, except my color ink is a bit low.

How can get word to print properly again for envelopes ? ?
FYI: I did try Uninstalling Office and reinstalling it and Office SP3

I am not sure, but I think this all started after XP SP2 went in.
Printer is a Lexmark X73
