I agree on most points. The anti-phishing tool can be disabled, in fact it gives you three options, enable, disable, or ask again later. I think it's good they are trying to change Internet Explorer and improve upon it.

However, they should model their browser after firefox, that gives users the ability to add gadgets that appeal to the individual user. Forcing these gadgets is not the way to win over those that use the browser.

The tabbed browsing should have been in IE5... it's been a standard in firefox and phoenix for quite some time.

As for it being slower, I don't really see that much of a difference. But perhaps that's because I seldom use IE...
