Hello..............here comes another one of my silly questions
Everytime I log on I get a pop up that says error loading kernel 32.dll...............how do I find out what part of which program this is from and how do I fix it?
Thanx

This is what I found, the fix was meant for Windows 98/Me but it should work also for XP since MSCONFIG is present in XP.
>Hi Phil, do you have an Epson Printer? It looks like the Epson Status Monitor (does
>it have a little icon near the clock?)
Mine's called E_SRCV02 - I guess yours could
>be a later version, I had trouble with mine in Windows 98 a while back when it loaded
>at startup - "This Program has performed an illegal operation etc."
Best thing
>would be to stop it loading at startup - it's not really needed, it just shows you
>how much ink is left in the cartridges and allows you do cleaning and testing etc.
Click
>Start >Run >type msconfig >click OK >click Startup then there should be an entry
>like "Epson Status Monitor 3 Environment Check 2" (may be slightly different for
>you), untick the box for it then click Apply then OK - you'll then have to restart
>the computer.
If you need to activate it at any time you could create a shortcut
>to it and place it on the desktop - just do a search for it, it's in C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM
>in Windows 98 - not sure about Windows Me, it may also put it in Disabled Startup
>Items on your Programs List - it does in 98, but once again, not sure with Me.
