It can be a Memory Card Problem or Hard drive problem.
solution 1: change your memory card

    if problem persists
solution 2: Partition your hard drive and install the OS in the mid of the partition (partition 1 or 2) or hard drive..your hard drive may have a bad sector.

like Gjr05 said possible ram issue. I would download memtest and run it a few times to check the ram. also you can take the modules out and reseat them.

on the blue screen you should also see a STOP error. Please post the exact verbiage of that for example: "Stop 0x0000007B or INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE " then 4 sets of characters after that. Post that and if you can zip up the .dmp file and upload it here we can try to decipher what it says.

Here is a link to an article on what a lot of those can mean...

From what I'm seeing on that file it seems to be related to a virus.

    Trojan Horse Clicker.DOH

    The path is c:\WINDOWS\system32\Izx.sys

What is your AV program and are you able to run a virus scan?

also once i login now i get this message

Generic host process for Win32 services has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. And if i click debug or close the message will go away and then nothing will open after and i have to hold the shut down button to turn the computer off...
