Nope not that I know of. You have to enable them in every message or else set image blocking to off.

Thank you for answering the question. That's too bad. I noticed that when the recipient replies the message, the image is downloaded automatically. So, there should be a rule that I could use it to do it

Does anyone have any other idea to solve it?
