    PCLinuxOS 2007

    PCLinuxOS have just put out test release #3

    With the kernel finalized, and some application updates, the Final release should be around the corner.

    Im new in this field, but i definitely like this distro... it's saved me a couple times already with the LiveCD feature!!

    Yeah I've been using it for a couple weeks, it should be real nice when its final.

    BTW, how did a Live CD save you ?

    I cant wait for the final!

    Saved me, by being able to boot into the computer with a broken Windows XP installation. Giving me access to the actual data files and then backup family photos, tax receipts to a USB mounted external drive! Then with the configured network settings i was able to get instructions on how to fix the XP installation and then all back to normal !

    That's a great story
