    Question IE7 under XP

    Hi

    I downloaded and am using IE7 and generally I like it but it will not show scrolling text (javascript) in the status bar, as IE6 did.

    Is there a fix or patch to allow it to do so, please?

    Not sure if it works, IE7 locks out alot scripts from accessing certain parts of the browswer (all in the name of security).. it does get annoying when the status bar constantly scrolls rather thank actually giving page status info

    Perhaps the others might have some insight.
